How can I export a report?

There are two main way to export data from Analyst, you can ‘export’ the whole page or ‘clip’ information from multiple pages to build your own custom report. You’ll be able export data to Excel, Word or PDF (except for tables which are limited to Excel export only).

Exporting the complete page

  1. Enter any report on Analyst
  2. Find the Green box at the top right-hand called ‘Export’ 
  3. Click this box and choose PDF, Word or Excel format
  4. This will automatically export the whole page to your downloads folder

OR

Exporting a custom built report

  • Enter any report on Analyst
  • Click on the little black dots to find the scissors icon on the right hand side of your screen

  • Click this once and the section of data will drop you your customer report builder
  • Once you have clipped all the data you need, find the blue scissor button at the bottom of the screen

  • Click this once and you will find a list of all your clippings, change the name of your report and export it to PDF, Word or Excel format.
  • Once you have exported this report and no longer need this information, click ‘Remove all’ (just above the ‘name’ box)
